Cooking Instructions
1 Preheat oil in large sauce-pan, add in chicken and onion and sear for around 5 minutes or until
the outside brown. Transfer the content to the inner pot of the Variety Cooker.
2 Add lemongrass, sh sauce, dried ground cumin, fresh ginger, water, chili powder, mix well.
Press the [Main] button to select the [Stew] submenu, close the lid and set the cooking time
to 45 minutes.
Press the • [Cook]/[OK] button to start the cooking program. Cook for 10 minutes and stir
the ingredients for a few seconds in the middle of the cooking process for even cooking.
3 When the Variety Cooker beeps to indicate that the cooking process is nished. Garnish with
fresh spring onion and lemon juice before serving.
