Place all ingredients, in order shown, in bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Place the bread pan in the Cuisinart
Convection Bread Maker. Press
Menu and select Dough/Pizza Dough. Press Start to mix, knead and rise dough. When dough has risen and cycle is completed, remove dough from pan,
punch to deflate and let rest 10 minutes before continuing. This dough may be used to make your favourite sweet breakfast/brunch treats.
*Gently and safely warm cold eggs by placing whole eggs in a bowl and covering with moderately hot tap water for 10 minutes.
