cleaning process. REMOVE RACKS FROM OVEN IF THIS DISCOLORATION
WILLBEOBJECTIONABLE. As a suggestion,do not leave the racks in the oven
duringeach self-cleaningprocessiftheydo notneedto becleaned sincetheywill
discolorto a dullsliver after the first cleaning, Moderatelysoiledreckscan be
cleanedwitha soapyS.O.S. pad orScotch-Bdtescourpad. Stubbornstainsneed
to be removedintheself-cleaningprocesS. Be sureto readspecialtipson page
44 if oven recksare cleaned duringthe self-cleaningprocess.

To set oven to start cleaning immediately
1. Close the oven door.
2. TouchClean Pad.
IndicatorWordsCLEAN TIME will flashand Displaywill show"HR : ".
3. Touchthe appropriatenumber pad(s).
The firstnumberpadtouchedwill enter"3:00" inthe Displayfor an averagesoiled
oven. The cleaningtimecan be varieddependingonthe amountofsoil. Set "2:00"
for lightsoilor "4:00" for heavy soil.
Note: if more than five seconds elapse between touchingthe Clean Pad and
touchinga numberpad, theovenis n._qtset and timeof daywillautomatioaUyreturn
to the Display.
Example:If at9o'clockyouselectedtoself-cleanyourovenfor3 hours,the Display
wiltshow:

Five secondsafter entering"3:00" or a differenttime, the oven doorwill startto
automatically]archand the coolingfan willcome on. The LOCK IndicatorWordwill
come onwhenthe dooris latched.
Note: Ifovendoorwasleftopen,theword"door"willflashinthe Displayandasignal
willcontinuouslybeep untilthe door is closedand the Clean Pad istouched.
The IndicatorWordON comesonwhenthe doorislatchedandwillremainuntilthe
clean temperatureisreached. The Indicator WordON willcycle withthe elements
to maintain the clean temperature.
