STUFFED TOMATOES
METHOD
Slice the top of the tomatoes. Scoop out gently.Pour oil into a shallow, microwave-safe dish.Add the onion
and green chillies. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir in the feta cheese and parsley/coriander. Pile this mixture into
the tomato. Pre-heat crusty plate for 3 minutes on 600W+ GRILL.Then GRILL tomatoes on 300W+ GRILL
on the high rack for 8 minutes.
