MURGH MALAI TIKKA
METHOD
Marinate chicken pieces with dry fenugreek leaves, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and
garam
masala
powder. Keep marinated chicken overnight in the fridge. Mix curd,
malai
and cheese until smooth.
Dip chicken in the mixture and coat well. Pre-heat the GRILL for 3 minutes. Microwave on 300W+GRILL
on high rack for 9-10 minutes or until golden. Stand for 3 minutes before serving.
