IMPORTANT NOTE: The dimensions of these
panels and stiles are assuming the models finish
off at 2032 mm in height overall and have a 102
mm toe kick for the Model I427. If you finish off
at 2134 mm, for instance, you must add 102
mm additional to the overall height of the panel
and remember to add 102 mm to the top rail.
Likewise, if you allow for a 152 mm toe kick for
the Model I427, you must subtract 51 mm from
the bottom rail.
Door panels for Models I427 and I427R can
grow beyond the 2032 mm height to accommo-
date any size door as long as you stay below
door panel weight limit of 9 kg. Refer to the
specifications under Door Panel Height on page
43 of the Integrated section.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The toe kick area on the
Model I427 cannot be larger than 152 mm, and
no larger than 229 mm for the 427R. The toe
kick area for either model cannot be less than
102 mm.
Please note in the Overall Dimensions illustra-
tions the location of pre-drilled holes for optional
handle hardware. Refer to page 60 for specifics
about installing handle hardware on this overlay
application.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are installing
Sub-Zero‘s optional lock kit on a Model I427 or
I427R, you may have to order door panels that
exceed the 2032 mm finished height. Consult
the lock kit installation instructions and see if
your panels will allow for an adequate installa-
tion.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the panel specifications
for Model I427R, the bottom drawer panel height
is based on a 102 mm toe kick. If you want to
show a 152 mm toe kick, you must subtract 51
mm from the bottom drawer panel height.
