surfaced Aluminum
Clean the grease tray after each use.
May be placed in dishwasher.
Wash in detergent and hot water;
rinse and dry.
Stubborn soil: Soft Scrub®
Empty grease tray after
each use.
Remove tray after grease
has cooled. Be careful not
to fill it so full that tipping to
remove it spills the grease.
Grill or Griddle/Titanium surfaced
Remove drip tray and discard grease
into a grease resistant container for
disposal. Wash drip tray in warm
soapy water or place in dishwasher.
Wipe griddle or grill surface with
warm soapy water then rinse with
warm water. Wipe dry with a soft
cloth.
If food particles stick to the grill or
griddle plate, remove with a mild
abrasive cleaner such as Soft
Scrub®.
Never flood a hot griddle or
grill with cold water. This
can warp or crack the alu-
minum plate.
Do not clean any part of
the grill or griddle in a self-
cleaning oven.
Igniters/Ceramic Use a cotton swab dampened with
water, Formula 409® or Fantastic®.
Do not use sharp tools to
scrape igniters. They are
fragile. If an igniter is dam-
aged, it may not light the
burner.
Surface Spill Trays/ Stainless Steel Hot sudsy water; rinse and dry thor-
oughly.
Formula 409® or Fantastic®. Wipe
spray off immediately or apply to a
paper towel first and then wipe spill.
Mild Abrasive Cleansers: Cameo®,
Zud®, Barkeepers Friend®. Liquid
cleaners: Kleen King®, Siege Stain-
less Steel and Aluminum Cleaner,
Wright's® All Purpose Brass Polish.
Apply with care.
Acidic and sugar-laden
spills deteriorate the stain-
less steel. Remove soil
immediately.
Abrasive cleaners, used
too vigorously or too often,
can eventually mar the
stainless steel.
Trim Strips (Located between stainless
steel spill trays; they join the spill trays.)
Hot sudsy water; rinse and dry thor-
oughly.
Formula 409® or Fantastic®. Wipe
spray off immediately or apply to a
paper towel first and then wipe soil.
The over-spray from liquid
cleaners may leave an out-
line shadow. If allowed to
dry, it may leave a perma-
nent outline.
