THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS
AND/OR REMEDIES UNDER THE L AW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF

REMEDY W ITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS S HALL BE REPAIR O R REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE
PARTS UNDE R THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL RIGHTS TO CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAM AGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST SALES, LOST PROFITS, PRODUCT LOSS,

LEGAL REMEDIES
The o wner must not ify Taylor i n writing, by certified or registered letter to the following address, of any defect or
complaint with the Part, stating the defect o r complaint and a specific request for repair, replacement, or other
correction of the P art under warranty, mailed at least thirty (30) days before pursuing any legal rights or remedies.
