DISPlay Subsystem
is not set above the reference level and the reference is set so
that the signal is within the display range. When in fixed mode
the measurement has approximately 70 dB of display range.

Normalized Reference Level

Normalized Reference Level Position

lines correspond to 10 and 0, respectively.
