A communication error has occurred
between the controller and drive unit.
• Take measures against noise.
• Check that the communication cable
connector between the controller and
drive unit and one between the drive units
are tight.
• Check whether the communication cable
between the controller and drive unit and
one between the drive units are
disconnected.
• A drive unit may be faulty. Take a note of
the 7-segment LED contents of each drive
unit and report to the Service Center.

The drive unit is not correctly
connected.
Check the auxiliary axis drive unit mounting state.
• Check the end of the cable wiring.
• Check the cable for broken wires.
• Check the connector insertion.
The auxiliary axis drive unit input power is not being input.
