Snap the restrictor caps over the end of each door
spout.

Slide an o-ring into t he groove on each syrup hole plug
and lubricate. Install the syrup hole plug in each syrup
port of the freezer door.

Air/Mix Pump Assembly
The purpose of the air/mix pump is to met er a specific
amount of air and mix, and to transfer this combination
to the freezing c ylinder.
Step 1
Assemble the piston. Slide the o-ring into the groove
on the piston. DO NOT lubr icate this o-ring.

Note: Check bands have two smooth surfaces. A
concave shape indicates an incorrect assembly. T urn
the check band ins ide out to correctly expose the flat
surfac e.
