TAYLO R COMPANY LIMITED W ARRANTY ON FREEZE RS
Taylor Company, a division of Carrier Com mercial Refrigeration, Inc. ( “Taylor”) is pleased to provide this limited
warranty on new Taylor-branded freez er equipment available from Taylor to the market gener ally (the “Produc t”)
to the original pur chaser only.
LIM ITED WARRANTY
Taylor warrants the Product against failur e due to defect in materials or workmanship under nor mal use and
service as follows. All warrant y periods begin on the date o f original Product i nstallation. If a part fails due to
defect during the applicable w arranty period, Taylor, through an authorized Taylor distributor or service agenc y,
will provide a new or re- manufactured part, at Taylor’ s option, to replace the failed defective part at no char ge for
the part. E xcept as other wise stated herein, these are Taylor’ s exclusiv e obligations under this lim ited warrant y for
a Produc t failure. This limit ed warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed
below and on the r everse (if any) of this document.

LIM ITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. If the date of o riginal installat ion of the Product cannot be verified, then the limited warranty period begins
ninety (90) days from the date o f Product manufacture ( as indicated by the Product serial number). Proof of
purchase may be required at time of service.
2. Th is limited warranty is valid only if the Product is installed and all requir ed ser vice work on the P roduct is
performed b y an author ized Taylor distributor or service agency, and only if genuine, new Taylor parts are
used.
3. In stallation, use, c are, and maintenance must be normal and in ac cordance with all instructions contained in
the Taylor Operator’ s Manual.
4. Defe ctive par ts must be returned to the authoriz ed Taylor distributor or service agenc y for credit.
5. Th e use of any refrigerant other than that specified on the Product’s data label will void this limited warranty.
LIM ITED WARRANTY EXCEPT IONS
This limited warranty does not
cover:
1. Labor or other cost s incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing o r handling of
defect ive parts, replacement parts, or new Products .
2. Norm al maintenance, cleaning and lubrication as outlined in the Taylor Operator’s Manual, including cleaning
of condensers.
