REMEDY WI TH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS SHALL BE R EPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE
PARTS UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL RIGHTS TO CONSEQUENTI AL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ( INCLUDING CLAIMS FO R LOST SALES, LOST PROFITS, PRODUCT LOSS,
PROPERTY DAMAGES OR SERVICE EXPENSES) ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE EXPRESS

BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, OR OTHER PERSON, WHATSOEVER.
LEGAL REMEDIES
The o wner must notify Taylor in writing, by certif ied or registered letter to the following address, of any defect o r
complaint with the Part , stating the defect or complaint and a specific r equest for repair, replacement, or other
correction of the Part under warranty, mailed at least thirty (30) days before pursuing any legal rights or remedies.
