Step 2
Assemble the valve body. Slide the three check bands
and three o -rings into the g rooves on the valve body.
DO NOT lubricate the check bands or o-rings.

Put a small a mount of lubricant inside the piston and
insert the valve body into the pist on.

Apply a s mall amount of lubricant tothe LOWER ins ide
diameter of the pump cylinder (to adepth equivalent to
your index finger) . Once applied, this amount of
lubricant should be equal to a paper thin film.

Insertthe assembled piston andthe valvebody into the
pump cylinder and push upwards. Align the st eel
button at the base of the valve body with the cut out
groove a t the bottom o f the pump c ylinder.
Note: The drive hole in the piston must be visible
through the d rive hole in the pump cylinder .
