Deliming
DELIMING INTERVAL SETTING
Refer to Figure 11 to determine the correct delim-
ing interval for your appliance. Find your location
and the corresponding potentiometer setting.
These values are general a nd are guidelines only.
Your specific w ater quality may be harder or softer.
Adjust the deliming interval to your s pecific water
quality.
NOTE: If you ha ve the oven connected to a filter
system, the water hardness may be re-
duced. Check with filter supplier for de-
tails.
Over 14 gpg
Extremely Hard Setting A
10 to 14 gpg Very Hard S etting B
7to10gpg Hard SettingB
3 to 7 gpg Moderately Hard Setting C
Less than 3 gpg Sl ightly Hard Setting C
Canadian Water Quality
Most of Canadian water contains 112 mg/L (8 gpg).
This would place Canada in the hard water catagory
and setting B should b e used. If your water exceeds
196 mg/L (14 gpg), setting A should be used.
