Wheat Dinner Rolls
12 rolls
water 80˚F/27˚C p cup
oil 1 TBL
brown sugar 2 TBL
salt 2 tsp
dry milk 1 TBL
bread flour 14 cups
whole wheat flour 1 cup

active dry yeast 12 tsp
Use Dough mode and 2 Dough menu
1. When cycle is complete, turn the dough onto
floured surface. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape
each piece into a smooth ball.
2. Place in greased 9-inch square or round pan. Cover
and let rise in warm place until indentation remains
after touching side of roll.
3. Bake at 350˚F/177˚C for 15 to 25 minutes, or until
golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm or
cool.
