Time and temperature settings are suggested guidelines only. Due to
variations in product quality, weight, and desired degree of doneness the
controls may require some adjustment from the time and temperatures
shown. All cooking should be based on internal product temperatures.

spray if desired.
Place short ribs side-by-side in pans
and season as desired.
Load pans in preheated oven.
ALTERNATIVE:
Brown ribs in roasting pan. Pour
boiling demi-glaze over ribs. Cover
pans and load in preheated oven.
NOTE: Diced vegetables such as
carrots, onion and celery
will enhance the flavor of
the meat.
