Drying food
Only use the Combination mode function to dry food so that
moisture can be dissipated.
Procedure
^
Cut the produce into similar sized pieces.
^
Divide the pieces out evenly on the rack or in a perforated
container.
^
Insert the condensate tray at the lowest level.
Tip
Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying.
