Description When the state is ON, the Agilent 86120C measures characteristics of
the Fabry-Perot laser modes. The modes are defined by the peak
excursion and peak threshold commands.
FPERot:FWHM?
Queries the full width half-maximum data of the selected modes.
Syntax
:CALCulate3:FPERot:FWHM{[:WAVelength] | :FREQuency | :WNUMber}?
Argument Description
WAVelength Returns the full width half-maximum wavelength of the selected
modes.
FREQuency Returns the full width half-maximum frequency of the selected
modes.
WNUMber Returns the full width half-maximum wavenumber of the selected
modes.
