4Click Export.
5 Select the delimiter from the drop-down menu and check the
box to include field names in the exported file.

OK.
7Click the
File Name link to download.
Note: If you experience any problems, you can use the
filename hyperlink to download the exported file. Right-click
the filename hyperlink and select “Save Target As...”
(Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As...” (Netscape
Navigator) from the drop-down menu.
Resetting Scan Counters
You must be logged in as an administrator to reset scan counts.
Note: You cannot reset the total scan counter.
1Click the
Counters tab.
2 Click the Scan submenu.
TopAccess displays the scan counters for each template
group.
3 To reset the scan counter of a template group, check the
checkbox adjacent the group or click the heading button to
select all the template groups.
4Click
Reset Counter.
