3 For message logs, check the appropriate boxes to select
warning messages, errors messages, or both.
Sample Message log
By default TopAccess displays both warning and error
messages.
n Errors indicate conditions that prevent job processing, such
as a paper jam or out of toner.
n Warnings indicate conditions that do not require immediate
attention, but may affect normal operation, such as out of
paper or low toner.
To sort the results, click a heading.
The page refreshes and a small triangle on the column
heading indicates the sort sequence. The direction of the
triangle indicates ascending or descending order. The default
sort order is ascending.
For example on a message log, clicking
Time displays
messages in the order they occurred.
Updating and Clearing Logs
To update a log, click
Refresh.
To clear the a log, click
Clear Log.
