Sample Device page
The Device page displays important summary information:
n Current status of the device and its components and
accessories
n A list of alert information if any exist.
n Service personnel contact name and numbers.
Device status displays
Ready if there are no current error
conditions. It displays
Alert if warning or error conditions exist
that may impede the normal functionality of the copier.
n Errors indicate conditions that prevent job processing, such
as a paper jam or out of toner.
n Warnings indicate conditions that do not require immediate
attention, but may affect normal operation, such as out of
paper or low toner.
Errors are shown in red and warnings in yellow.
