Setting Up Automatic Shutdown
This attribute defines the period of inactivity after which the
copier shuts down.
1 In the Copier Settings window, click the Auto Power Off
drop-down menu.
2 Select either Disabled or a time interval between 25 and 240
minutes.
After the time specified, the copier turns itself off because of
inactivity.
3Click
Save.

Setting the Maximum Number of Copies
This attribute specifies the maximum number of copies that can
be made during a single copy job. Please note that the output tray
may need clearing if the actual number of pages copied exceeds
the tray’s capacity.
1 In the Copier Settings window, click the Maximum Copies
drop-down menu.
2 Select the number of copies.

Setting Up Automatic Two-Sided Printing
This attribute enables and disables double-sided printing (duplex
mode) for the selected device. Double-sided printing conserves
paper.
1 Click the Auto 2-Sided Mode drop-down menu.
2 Select the appropriate type of printing.
