Sliced Bacon, medium thickness (18) 22 ct per pound
1. Preheat braising pan to 300°F.
2. Increase temperature to 325°F, lay bacon in single layers.
3. Brown on both sides (only turn once).
4. Remove from pan.
5. Drain on absorbent paper.
