Yield: 4 Sandwiches
Tuna drained well 6 1/2 oz
Onions, chopped 1/4 cups
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, sliced 1/2 lb
Bread 8 Slices
Margarine 1/2 lb
1. Mix tuna, onions and mayonnaise together.
2. Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with 2 oz of cheese.
3. Cover with remaining bread.
4. Melt margarine in a 325°F braising pan.
5. Place sandwiches in braising pan and grill on both sides.
