10.13 Set Up I/O Network

To start the setup on the I/O Network, access the Net-
work Setup menu:
1. Press
to open the Main Menu
2. Press
(System Configuration)
3. Press
(Network Setup)
The Network Setup menu displays four options:
• Network Summary
• Connected I/O Boards & Controllers
• Router Setup
• Controller Associations
For the total (E2) devices onl
ine or offline, status,
setup screens, changing board or controller names, config-
uring and commissioning devices, deleting a device, and
view
ing detailed status screens of controllers, select Net-
work Summary.
For the number of I/O Network devices (16AIs,8ROs,
etc.) ass
ociated with each controller online and offline,
select Connected I/O Boards & Controllers.
To set up a router, select Rout
er Setup. For more
information on routers and repeaters, refer to the Router
and Repeater Installation Guide (P/N 026-1605).
For CC-100 circuit associations, select Contr
oller
Associations.

Specify the number of boards from the Connected I/O
screen:
1. Press
