6.6 Mail Function
Before using the mail function
When using the mail function, e-mail is sent from GT SoftGOT1000, so mail
software is not required on the sending side.
To use the mail function, a contract with a service provider and set up the
environment so that e-mail can be sent is required.
6.6.1 Mail function overview
It is possible to send messages from GT SoftGOT1000 to personal computers and mobile phones.
The mail function can only be used in the following object functions:
• Alarm history display function
•System alarm
(1) Using the alarm history display function
It is possible to send error and recovery information at error/recovery of stations using the alarm
history display function.
