6. From the drop-down list, selec t the layout that you want to make as public
7. Check Expose layout to all users (read-only mode)
8. Click Save
When you open the Layout Man ager dialog, the exposed layout will be highlighte d in blue color.

Now this public layout can only be launched or viewed by other users.
9. To leave the administrator mode:
a) In XDS Control Center, open Help menu
b) Click Leave Administrator mode
