Overview
In this following section you will learn how to perform maintenance tasks such as , creating and re calling restore points, and cleaning
up the custom files.
A restore point is a saved state of the XDS Display namely, layouts and presentations and user interface preferences that can be
restored later. O therwise a restore point is simply a copy of the configuration files.
4.1.6.1 Creating and recalling restore points
Login as administrator to use the following function.
How to create a restore point?
1. To create a restore point, in XDS Control Center, open the Tools menu

2. Click Restore Points Manager...
The Restore Point Ma nager dialog opens.

3. In Restore point label text field, spec ify a na me for the configuration file
4. Click Create Restore Point
