Reason
This sc enario happens mostly in Windows Vista OS, where the Graphics Card is set to 16 bit color depth causing the Color Key to
be wrong, and hence no image is visible in Inserts.
Solution steps:
Set your Graphics Card to 32 bit color depth
10.4.5 Picture in the viewer is unclear/flickering

1. Right-click on the viewer window to open the context menu
2. Click Auto Image
