Main window and menus
This section describes the menus and panels in the Avaya IP Agent main window.

Menu bar
The Avaya IP Agent main window provides full-function, multi-line telephony support on your
Windows session. This window is also used to access all the features found in Avaya IP Agent.
This section defines all of the items available in the Avaya IP Agent menus. Some menus and
menu items are available only when they are valid for your current configuration. For example,
the Call menu is not available when a call is not currently active. Other menus, menu items, and
buttons on the interface will be disabled when the associated functionality cannot be used
because of configuration, call instance, or agent work mode.
