Standby Power
Push the PRINCIPAL POWER SWITCH (shown in Figure 1-1) on the rear panel
of the instrument. Power is now applied to the instrument standby circuitry. Once
the instrument is installed, leave the PRINCIPAL POWER SWITCH on and use
the ON/STBY switch, located on the front–panel, to turn the instrument on and off.
