SURFACE INCIDENCES command start the specifications of
the elements. SUR 1 and SUR 2 commands define Surface
elements No. 1 and 2 with default boundary divisions and no
openings. SUR 3 command defines Surface No. 3 with non-default
edge divisions and one opening. The DIV command following
SUR 3 defines Surface element edge divisions. Non-default
opening edge divisions are defined by the DIV command following
the RECO command.
