5.50.3 Member Selection Specification
Purpose
This command performs member selection operation on specified
members based on the American Institute of Timber Construction
(AITC) codes.

Description
This command may be used to perform member selection
according to the AITC codes. The selection is based on the results
of the latest analysis and iterations are performed until the least
weight member satisfying all the applicable code requirements is
obtained. Parameters may be used to control the design and the
results are available in a tabular format. Detailed explanations of
the selection process and the output are available in Section 4.
Notes
The output of this command may be controlled by the TRACK
parameter. Two levels of details are available. Refer to Section 4
for detailed information on the TRACK parameter.
