Purpose
This set of commands may be used to specify parameters to control
concrete design for beams, columns and individual plate elements.

Description
Parameter-name refers to the concrete parameters described in
Table 3.1.

= is the value of the parameter. Wherever applicable, this value
is input in the current units. The UNIT command is also
accepted during any phase of concrete design.
