Note
It is not necessary or possible to specify the units for temperature
or for ALPHA. The user must ensure that the value provided for
ALPHA is consistent in terms of units with the value provided for
the temperature load. (see Section 5.26).
If ALPHA was provided by a material name (STEEL, CONCRETE,
ALUMINUM) then the temperature here must be in degree
Fahrenheit units (if English length units were in effect when Alpha
was defined) or degree Celsius units (if metric length units were in
effect when Alpha was defined).
