Parameter TRACK specifies how detailed the design output
should be:
0 - indicates a basic set of results data (default),
1 - full design output will be generated.
Note: If the command AT is omitted, the design proceeds for all
cross sections of the wall or panels, as applicable, defined
by the SURFACE DIVISION X or SURFACE DIVISION
Y input values.
