1) Select [Start]-[Administrative Tools]-[Internet
Information Services (IIS) Manager] and
select [Application Pools] from the left pane.
Select an application pool to be changed and
select [Advanced Settings…] from the right
pane.
2) Set "True" for [Enable 32-Bit Applications]
and click OK
.
