11. Reset the VERTICAL SCALE to 10 dB/.
12. Check that the 3rd Order IM products are ≤--70 dBc.
13. Disconnect the test equipment from the RF INPUT.
2nd harmonic distortion performance requirement is ≤--66 dBc.

1. Recall default power up settings by pressing UTIL 1 1.
2. Connect the test equipment as shown in Figure 4 --2.

3. Select the following settings on the Spectrum Analyzer:
REFERENCE LEVEL --40 dBm
SPAN/DIV 100 kHz
RESOLUTION BW AUTO
VID FLTR On
VERTICAL SCALE 10 dB/
4. Set the signal generator output frequency and the Spectrum Analyzer center
frequency to the frequency of the bandpass filter.
5. Set the signal generator output amplitude for a full screen signal.
6. Reset the Spectrum Analyzer center frequency to twice the input frequency.
7. Check that the 2nd harmonic is ≤--66 dBc.
8. Disconnect the test equipment from the RF INPUT.
