Use Program 20-19 : System Options for Caller ID to dene the system options for the Caller ID
feature.

01 Caller ID Displaying Format if Displaying Dig-
its are more than 12 digits.
When Caller ID has more than 12 digits, deter-
mine which digits should be shown - the rst 10
(0) or the last 10 (1).
0 = First 10 digits

02 Caller ID Wait Timer
When an incoming CO call is received, the system
starts the timer. It will wait the programmed time
for Caller ID information from telco before con-
necting the CO call.

03 Caller ID Edit Mode
If Caller ID Edit Mode is disabled (0), no trunk
access code will be added to the Caller ID. If this
option is enabled (1), the trunk access code
entered in Program 10-02-05 will be added to the
beginning of the Caller ID.

04 Wait Facility IE Timer
This timer is used with ISDN trunks to determine
how long the system will wait for the Caller ID
name from the telco.

Caller ID Sender Queuing Timer
With the Caller ID Sender Queuing feature, deter-
mine how long an incoming call will wait in
queue for a DSP resource to become available. If
a resource becomes available during this time, the
call will immediately ring the SLT with Caller ID.
If the timer expires before a resource becomes
available, then system rings the single line tele-
phone without Caller ID (until the timer expires,
the SLT will not ring).
If the queuing timer is set to "0", the system does
not queue the incoming call.
