Turn off or on an extension’s ability to pick up a call on Group
Hold.

Allow (0) or deny (1) unanswered Transferred calls to the COS
from recalling the originating extension.
For example, with this option set to ‘1’ for COS 1, calls transferred
by any COS to any extension with a COS of 1, will not recall.

Determine if an extension’s Class of Service should allow either a
normal or extended Park.
0 = Normal

20 Transfer Recall On Originating COS
Allow (0) or deny (1) unanswered Transferred calls from the COS
from recalling the originating extension.
For example, with this option set to ‘1’ for COS 1, any call trans-
ferred by an extension with COS 1, will not recall.

21 Restriction for Tandem Trunking on Hang Up
Allow (0) or deny (1) an extension user’s ability to set up a tandem/
conference call automatically when they hang up.
