3.3 Configuration Examples
3.3.1 Configure Default Route Advertisement
Configuration requirements
There are three devices (see Fig 1 for device connection) running RIPng. The
gateway device of Router A advertises the default route to Router B and Router C,
with metric being 3. All RIPng interfaces of Router B and Router C are configured
to passive mode, so as not to send out RIPng update messages.
